At Melbourne Airport we meet you at arrivals for T1 international and T2, T3 and T4 domestic. At Avalon we collect kerbside after you land. The driver is set for the terminal on your ticket, so you are not walking the car park with bags.
The booking form shows the fare before you submit. That quote includes tolls and airport parking. There is no surge when the freeway is busy, and no meter running while you wait. We call to confirm the final fare. Nothing is charged online.
Add your flight number and we track it at Melbourne Airport and Avalon. If the aircraft is late or early, the pickup moves with it. Complimentary waiting time starts after you land, so a slow baggage belt does not leave you at the kerb.
Drivers hold Safe Transport Victoria (STV) accreditation for commercial passenger work in Victoria. Every vehicle is a Commercial Passenger Vehicle (CPV), licensed and maintained to Victorian commercial standards — the same standard for a 5am Avalon departure and a late T1 arrival.

Melbourne Airport (MEL) is Victoria's busiest gateway — international and domestic terminals, early departures, late arrivals, and heavy traffic on the Western Freeway and CityLink. Getting there — or being collected after you land — shouldn't be left to chance.
Allow time for the Western Freeway and CityLink, especially for early international departures. We drop off and collect at T1, T2, T3 and T4, so the transfer follows the terminal on your ticket.
Avalon Airport
Avalon Airport (AVV) is Geelong's local advantage — often closer and less congested than Tullamarine for Jetstar and regional travellers. Ideal for early mornings and family trips when you land at the single terminal.
