Booking Terms

These terms apply when you request an airport transfer through the Geelong Airport Connect website.
Quotes and pricing
Online estimates are approximate and based on the details you enter (including distance and vehicle type). Final fares are confirmed by our team before or at the time of booking acceptance. Prices are in Australian dollars.
Booking requests
Submitting the form creates a booking request, not an automatic confirmation. We will contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email to confirm availability, pickup time, and price.
Flight monitoring & waiting
For airport pickups we monitor flight status where flight details are provided. Reasonable waiting time is included; extended waits or significant changes may affect the fare — we will advise you where practical.
Cancellations
Please cancel as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp on 0450 330 596. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, which we will explain when confirming your booking.
Passenger responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and contact details
- Be ready at the agreed time and location
- Ensure child seats or special requirements are requested in advance
- Treat drivers and vehicles respectfully
Liability
We take care to provide a reliable transfer service. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, airport operations, or events outside our reasonable control.
