How long will you wait if I am delayed?

Do you pick up from Avalon and Tullamarine?

Once your flight is in our notes, we track status for Melbourne Airport and Avalon Airport. Domestic reclaim can be quick; international passengers need immigration and baggage — we plan for that difference when you tell us the flight type.
At Tullamarine, agree meet & greet or curbside when you book. Peak periods favour a clear phone plan once you are landside. At Avalon, the compact terminal makes collection simpler, but we still need your flight number if the aircraft is late.

Agree the pattern before you fly
Tullamarine pickups work best when meet-and-greet versus curbside is decided at booking and both sides know which terminal. Peak traffic around the airports rewards a charged phone and a short “landed / through customs” message.
Avalon pickups are simpler geometrically, yet late aircraft still need monitoring. Share the flight number even when you expect an on-time Jetstar arrival.
